We are pleased to announce that Algarve Family Transfers is certified by Turismo de Portugal with the “Safe & Clean” stamp, created to distinguish companies which comply with safety, hygiene and cleaning recommendations, essential for the prevention and control of the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic.

We have reinforced existing and implemented additional hygiene procedures to avoid the risk of contagion and guarantees safe procedures for the tourist activity:

• Driver´s new guidelines include a mandatory use of face mask and specific hand-washing regime.
• Mandatory use of masks for all passengers – according to the Portuguese law published on 01^st May 2020.
• Alcohol-based hand sanitizer gel is available for passenger´s use on all our vehicles.
• Each vehicle will be cleaned after each transfer service (specific sanitizing regime focusing on door insides, armrests, door handles, window controls, seatbelts & buckles, cup holders, etc).
• All baby seats and boosters seats will be washed at high temperatures after each use.
• Social distancing – Our vehicle´s capacity is reduced to 2/3 in line with the Portuguese Government guidelines.
• All Direcção Geral de Saúde (Portugal Health Authority) recommendations will be followed at all times.
